Garmin-based Ride (55 km)
Family Fun Ride (10km)
Day Two (18 May 2025):
The Sokoke Forest MTB Challenge (75 km)
Race start and end:
Day 1: Start in Gede Forest Station and end at the beach, Turtle Bay Beach Club
Day 2: Start and end at the beach, Turtle Bay Beach Club
Route:
Through coconut plantations, beside mangroves, down steep escarpments – and up again, and through thick forest home to Africa’s smallest owl and most bizarre mammal.
Total climb c.700m.

Race Entry Fees
Single Race Entries:
Day One (17 May 2025):
Garmin-based Ride 55km
KSH 3000 per single-entry rider
Family Fun Ride 10km:
Kids KSH 1500 per single-entry rider
Adults KSH 2000 per single-entry rider

Day Two (18 May 2025):
The Sokoke Forest MTB Challenge 75 km:
KSH 5000 per single-entry rider
Will contribute towards KCRS points
Registration on the day of the event: KSH 7,500

Combined Race Entries:
Combined Cost for Day 1 & 2 – (Garmin-based ride & main Sokoke Forest MTB challenge)
KSH 6,500 per single-entry rider
10% discount for group registration (minimum 3 per group)
The group offer is ONLY valid if you are all registering for the two days
Deadline of all entries is midnight 30th April 2025
